These terms explain the permitted use and limits of Discover Europe, including its guides, comparisons, itineraries and planning tools.
About these terms
Discover Europe is published by Fernando Ruiz. These terms apply when you use its guides, comparisons, itineraries and planning tools.
Contact and publisher details are available on the Contact page.
Travel planning information
Discover Europe provides information to help you research destinations and organise possible trips. It is not a booking confirmation, live timetable or guarantee that a journey, attraction or service will be available.
We do not take payment for or manage travel reservations. A booking with another provider is governed by that provider's terms. Contact that provider about payments, changes, cancellations or refunds.
Check current details before travelling
Fares, timetables, opening times, reservations, entry requirements, weather and local conditions can change after a page is reviewed. Check the current position with the relevant operator or official authority before booking or travelling.
Information about visas, borders, health, accessibility or safety is general planning guidance. Use an official source or qualified adviser for a decision that depends on your circumstances.
Route tools and estimates
The planner helps arrange stops and consider the time available. Map lines and distance warnings may use the direct distance between places rather than an actual road, rail or ferry route.
A suggested route does not confirm a connection, timetable, road access or ticket. Cost ranges are planning estimates, not live quotes or offers. Read the stated assumptions and exclusions before using a figure.
Using our content
You may read the website, link to its public pages and print or save material for your own personal travel planning, subject to any separate licence that applies to the material.
Original text and design, and material supplied by other rights holders, remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. For republication, commercial reuse or another use not already permitted by law or the relevant licence, obtain permission from the rights holder.
Image sources and licences
Photographs, maps, videos and other third-party material may have separate owners and licence conditions. Permission to reuse original Discover Europe text does not grant permission to reuse another person's material.
The Image Credits directory lists the recorded source, creator and licence information for photographs used on the site. Images may be resized, cropped, compressed, or converted to WebP or AVIF for display. These changes do not transfer ownership or replace the original licence.
External links and services
Links to another website help you find sources or services. Discover Europe does not control that website's content, availability, privacy practices or terms. Check the external service before using it or making a payment.
The current public site does not load advertising, and these terms do not claim that a link is a paid placement or affiliate link.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access restricted systems without permission, disrupt the website, introduce harmful code or use the service unlawfully. Do not present Discover Europe material as an official booking confirmation or as an endorsement that has not been given.
Availability and responsibility
Features and content may change or be withdrawn. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every detail will remain current after publication.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Content concerns and changes
Email [email protected] about an error, permission request or concern. Include the page address and enough information to explain the issue.
Revised terms will be published here with an updated reviewed date. Where the law requires another form of notice, it will be provided.
