Ways to adjust the route
- Use a booked taxi or private transfer and keep the next local connection outside the same tight window.
Paphos and the northwest coast work better as two bases than as repeated long excursions. Three nights in Paphos cover the main archaeological areas, while three in Polis or Latchi leave one full day for an Akamas route that suits the weather and the group.
Give Paphos archaeology two separate outings
The harbour archaeological park and the Tombs of the Kings are exposed sites in different parts of the city. Separate them and keep the hottest hours flexible.

Move north before exploring Akamas
A Polis or Latchi stay removes the longest return from the peninsula. Confirm the Paphos bus departure point, the local onward link and the accommodation check-in before leaving.

Choose one Akamas route
Use one named trail, one licensed boat outing or a limited coast plan. Forest notices, heat, sea conditions and ability should decide the choice on the day.

Seven days on the west coast
Days 1 to 3 cover Paphos, day 4 moves to Polis, day 5 uses Latchi and the Baths of Aphrodite area, day 6 is the controlled Akamas day, and day 7 protects the return.
Keep the departure independent of Akamas
Do not place a flight or fixed intercity connection immediately after the peninsula outing. Return to the base first and allow a separate margin for the final journey.
