Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol show three different sides of Cyprus without requiring a hire car. Seven hotel nights provide three in the capital, two beside Larnaca’s seafront and two in Limassol, with the transfer days kept deliberately light.
Begin inland before moving to the coast
Nicosia needs two complete days for its museums, historic streets and divided-city context. Treat any Green Line crossing as an optional, document-dependent decision rather than a required part of the route.

Use Finikoudes as the Larnaca transport reference
The intercity stop and local bus pattern make the seafront a useful reference point, but the booked accommodation may sit elsewhere. Check the exact arrival and onward stop before travel.

Keep Limassol to one coherent urban stretch
The old centre, castle area and seafront cover a long distance. Split them around one proper break rather than adding a Troodos village to the short two-night stay.

Eight-day city route across Cyprus
Days 1 to 3 cover Nicosia, day 4 moves to Larnaca, day 5 stays in Larnaca, day 6 transfers to Limassol, and days 7 and 8 complete the city and onward journey.
Recheck every bus endpoint
Cyprus has no passenger rail network. Intercity buses link the principal cities, but stops and schedules can change, so use the current operator result instead of an old map or assumed central station.
